I'm still getting used to typing in notes. Is there a way to change a note after its entered or do you always just have to type over it if you want to change it? ?

Also, is there a way to edit octaves for notes that are already entered, or do you always have to select the octave first with function keys before typing it in?

Thanks!

There's a subsection in the "edit" menu that allows you to make transpositions. There are keyboard shortcuts as well.

I'm not sure about how you'd like to change a note after you entered it. Replacing it does the same thing.

You can change the octaves using the 0-9 keys if you change the layout to Modplug mode. But be warned that doing this changes the entire keyboard layout for the notes. But, in my opinion, it's a better layout anyway.

Thanks Dafydd, thats what I was hoping for. I'm used to LSDJ and just being able to thumb the notes up and down a scale. That sounds cool, furykef, I cant find the option to switch to that mode though.
