I could tell by the somewhat displeasing amount of discord that it wasn't exactly the magnum opus you were hoping for, but this shows considerable improvement over your other works.
I like your use of the instruments to achieve the effects; it sets an almost futuristic mood to the song. You also have a very steady rhythm with nice, powerful samples. The idea, being original, is worthy of being called original; even with the amount of discord in the song, you've still managed to pull it off.

Yeah I take all compliments/criticisms with a grain of salt, so no worries.
My definition of discord is anything that could use improvement because it doesn't sound musically perfect, but I consider a tune that sounds uninteresting or repetitive different from a tune that just has a lot of discord. Discord is easier to fix than a boring tune.
I appreciate [b]everyone's[/b] feedback. All opinions are welcome, the fresh ears really help me.
Actually, discord is when a set of notes clash in a way that would otherwise disrupt the way the music flows.
The amount of discord previously was slightly displeasing to my ears, but now, with the increased use of the 2nd VRC6 square channel, the lead blends in with the bass just enough to lessen the discord to something more tolerable.
As you can probably see, there are many tricks when it comes to tracking. Volume control, as well as increasing/decreasing the amount of notes used for a lead track, can let you control discord in your music (aside from the usual music theory behind harmony).
