Heya,
I decided to do a micromachines cover, since it just stunned me from the very first second.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGdemFTdmXk

I tried to use as few instruments as possible, aswell as doing them as accurate. ( I don't say those are accurate though. :P )

I hope you can give me some feedback and criticism so I can do better next time.
( Note: no, this isn't my first cover, just the first of its kind, you can find a bunch on my youtube channel, same name as in the forum. )

Why are there no replies to this?
though I'm not exactly familiar with micro machines, this is a great cover... As far as criticism or advice goes, I don't see anything wrong with it. It sounds very close to the original, good job

Thanks for your reply.
Yeah, I was kinda worrying if this thread is going down without any reply, hehe. I actually had most fun with the 3 arpeggio-instruments at the beginning.
And yeah, most people don't really know micromachines, I didn't either until I saw a gameplay by accident, I was shocked, didn't knew a unlicensed game could be so good for it's time.

Great tune! I really like this song.
I have not played Micro Machines that much on NES. Have to give it a try now.

You should really try it out, since it's a unlicensed game, it always get's underrated, but it's actually pretty good.

This sounds really nice man.
I didn't realise this was an unlicensed game. I do remember reading about it in Nintendo Power back when it came out, and thought it looked like a fun game ,but never bothered to rent it or otherwise test it out.
Nice cover!
This is one that I think would be fun to remix.

Well, it's pretty expensive and besides, there's no Nintendo Power on the german ebay available. sadly. I'm currently on the remix, the basic idea. :3

/edit:
Well screw it, I can't decently remix something yet, perhaps someone else wanna try it out..?

Dude. GREAT JOB!
A little advice is that you should use rainwarrior's NSF importer if you don't want to keep entering the 4xx commands. It gives you the instrument's vibrato. But still, great job!

Thanks for your comment!
Yeah, I thought that it is possible, but I don't know what I should do with the PXX', sure, I should type them in the instrument's Pitch, but Hex confuses me a little bit, eh.

Well, how? It should translate HEX, right?
Because mine can't, but it is a scientific one.
