How do you normally get at the "intact" package? Every time I've looked at past FamiCompo pages, everything just comes in a ZIP full of unlabeled EntryXX.NSF files, and I have to use the website to figure out which is which.
it isn't enforced insofar that you won't get any priorly released songs rejected on that basis, but it isn't "optional" either. you'll generally be looked at as a jerk and a spoilsport if you breach anonymity.

In that case I REALLY hope voting ends before that other thing happens. Because otherwise I won't be able to do that other thing.
(Saying what that other thing is would be breaking anonymity, yes. Although, some people might already know what I'm talking about, anyway?)
