At the top it says: "Vote : 2.05.2012(JST)"

I presume this means a voting/comment form will go up at this time.

Just finished a quick browse through the cover section. I love 9, 11, 15, 22 #3 (if only because I know what it's a cover of), 24, all of 27, 29, 31, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40, 42, 47, 53, 54, 55, 60, 62, and 67 #1. Though, I spoilt myself with 53 already and I'm pretty sure I know who 42 is.

I think I'll have a more in-depth listen, as well as a listen of the originals, some other time.

(nobody has mentioned my cover yet)

It's a real shame I didn't really do anything special for this one, especially after I missed the FC7. Maybe I'll just make something some time and then keep it and then never show it to the world and submit it to FC9.

DID YOU REAM MY MIND OR SOMETHING? HOW ARE PEOPLE ALWAYS ABLE TO TAKE MY IDEAS WHEN I DON'T EVEN STATE THEM?

kin, I actually thought of the same thing. Make an extremely badass NSF the likes of which no one will ever be able to comprehend and just not show it to anyone, then submit it to FC9. Mine this year was rushed and lame.

(He doesn't know we can all read his mind! SSHH!)

I'm glad some people are mentioning my cover! It makes me feel pretty good about it!

Makes me curious as to what yours is skinnyhead =P
I should also mention that cv 70 is not to be overlooked, plus I can't stop listening to cv 13 damnit! I've never heard of the game until today. Apparently it's called Concerto Gate -Forte- or something like that. I'm a sucker for that epic mood. I have a feeling Robokabuto did that one. Forget what I said earlier about him doing 60.

Listened to a few of them, mostly the songs I knew. I'll have to save some time to listen to all of them this week-end.

ionustron... cover no. 70?

I should think it's probably a common thought. I have a song I could have rushed.... OR I could continue learning/writing/revising/polishing for the better part of a year.

The decision was pretty easy. :D

Also - Original 2: The Revenge of igotno_scope?

Original 40 has a hidden awesome tune after the 22 second mark where it promised to end.

By contrast Original 29 is done doing its thing quite early on and the time is a huge lie and I hate you, whomever you are, because my code of ethics dictates I must disable the auto-loop detector and listen to the entire duration listed.

Ha ha Original 42 is Dies Irae? Doesn't this belong in covers?

I only listen to the first minute (sometimes less/more) of a tune and write down a rating between 1 and 10 based on my initial reaction. Usually I only revisit the tracks with a minimum of 8, but this year I think I'll give the 7's a chance to grow on me.

No track from Sig Benis so far :(

Yeah, I've been writing down ratings and comments, myself. (Mine go 0 to 9, though, because I like counting from 0.)

I guess most of the time I know what the rating will be pretty quick. There's a few tunes that don't open up right away though.

Who is Sig Benis?

He's the guy who did the really short DPCM-only joke tracks in Famicompo 6+7.

At first I thought cover 42.2 was broken, but then I looked up the original. :P
