Hi!

A request that does not seem to far off: a step sequencer. I think it would fit well with the rest of Famitracker. That way one could use pads like Launchpad and MidiFighter more enjoyable as well.

Thanks,
Rablador

Trackers are step sequencers by nature. So what exactly you mean?

Maybe just try making an instrument with an arpeggio?

Maybe he means support for using his hardware sequencer to insert notes into FT?

Maybe he means supprot for using his hardware to insert his data into [incomplete: prepubescent humor is retarded]

I think he means a new interface. Rather than the tracker idea, have a music staff or something. Which, while it is an intersting thought, defeats the purpose of the tracker aspect. Still, it would be much easier to use if you're like me, who understands a staff more than 5 columns. Buuuuuuut there would be no challenge behind it and I would get bored.

Hehe, what do I really mean? Well, I wouldn't like to replace the standard tracker interface or anything, but some extra functionality for pads would be awesome. There are some user created ones for Renoise for example.

Here's an example for Ableton:
