obviously the sounds doesnt play the same time you hit the keyboard, and some times it depends on if you hit anoter key befor.
why is this? could it be solved in another version?

it would be so much easier if you could play and record it at the same time without rearranging the notes after.
and it would be easier to make up melodies.

The notes are pretty heavily quantized in trackers. Why do you need to play the melodies live? Just play them note by note.

well I dont have to. but it would be a cool feature though.
and it helps if you wanna "jam" so to say. if you want to come up with a melody.

the thing is you still need a new instrument for each length of a note... I guess if you make the frames a gazillion frames long and play the song in an insane tempo you could get reasonably close to playing live.

well no you cant decide the tone length in the instant you play it.. but it gives you a pretty good idea where it should be located.
but thats not the problem. the problem is that you cannot play on the keyboard like a piano or whatever claviature you want. the tones doesnt appear in the same place you play it.

time-wise, you mean? I would strongly suggest learning to count the beats instead. For example - twinkle twinkle little star (upper-case is a note, lower-case isn't):

TIC toc TIC toc TIC toc TIC toc TIC toc TIC toc TIC toc tic toc (repeat 5 more times)

Try doing the same for something more advanced (and don't say "tic toc", try drumming the beat with your fingers or something).
