Here's a minor feature request... Can you make it so that the Main Window is NOT set as the Owner of the Help window?
Setting a window's Owner is bad. It forces the help window to always be drawn on top of the main window no matter what, and whenever the main window is minimized, the Help window gets minimized along with it.
They should just be separate windows with no relation.
My workaround is to open Famitracker.chm from the Start menu Run command, so I get a help window with no Owner window.

It's the MFC code that's doing that but I'll see if it's easy to change.
