Enjoy... it took a few days.

I think there's a mistake near the end (maybe 3/4 or 4/5 of the way through). At one point, I synced it up with the original and I noticed something different. I can't remember what it was, though.

Oh, and I was thinking of adding stepping arpeggios somewhere in this song, but I don't know where it would fit in.

EDIT:
Added some more percussion, I have no clue if it's anything like the original song, haven't heard it in a while. It's not supposed to be, anyway.

There was no pitch sliding on the sine piano in the original song.

I thought it would sound better. Okay, now that I've checked again... I'm pretty sure the original has pitch bending (or sounds like it does).

As to why I did it... I just woke up one morning and decided I would. A friend of mine likes Owl City.

You know who else likes Owl City?

MY MOM!!!

I kid. Some people would know what I was copying with that phrase.
Although, I wasn't kidding about the sentence itself. My little bro, and my mom like listening to Owl City. You can imagine it gets played out in my house really quickly.

On topic, good job with this song! How much time did you spend on this? I wonder if it would sound out of place with vocals added in? Maybe with an extremely robotic voice, like what Mac computers have.

Another thing I just remembered, the tempo should be 110, not 90.

Well, I matched it up with the original song perfectly, so the tempo MUST be correct.

I could do the robotic voice in FL Studio or something if I ever have time.

I've actually updated it just recently, added some more percussion, but it's probably nothing like the original song.

Well, I better say something about the song while I can then. (I never get why bumps are so bad)

The newer version may be more accurate, but I think the first was 3x better.
I hate my constant fear of the noise channel 8I

I thought bumping your own thread was perfectly acceptable...?

It's not anymore accurate, really; I just added some random percussion.

Also, what's the deal about bumping a thread? Wouldn't it be far more logical than starting a new thread?

Oh, and Nix:
I actually moved back to North Van. Haven't gotten around to changing my info, but I'll be visiting Victoria this winter...

Bumping one's own thread is in the gray area of forum etiquette. My take on it is that it's acceptable if you're adding new material to the topic; which com63 didn't in this particular occasion.

Also who's Nix?
