Not bad. Your vibrato sounds a bit weird, and the note attack sounds off (it should be more like in nintendude8's cover). Also, some of your notes are either wrong or the wrong octave, but overall, good effort.

Edit2: Decided to do a bit of octave-tweaking in frames 9-12 so that there was more bass. I think it sounds better this way, even if it isn't done quite as… faithfully.

Good job on this one, the Gameboy (and GBA!) can't change the volume of a square wave unless it's part of a hardware envelope. If you really need to change the volume of a square wave, you need to reset the wave, and you hear a pop or click. I see this cover fits that restriction, and only uses downward envelopes.
I think the Digital channel may be able to change volume to 50% or 75% without resetting.
