The waveform that plays is now a square wave with a 1.5625% (or 1/64) pulse width.
At least it's a very minor thing; as soon as you copy/paste the waveform back or hit the play button, everything goes back to normal. I just thought I'd point that out.
Apparently the problem [url=http://famitracker.shoodot.net/forum/posts.php?id=2458]also appears when going through the same steps but with the tune playing.
