I don't see how you think that this is much of a improvement over your previous works.
The notes that accompany the main music do not fit at all. If all you're out to prove is that you're not a bad composer, and not that you just want to have fun and create music, then I'm not sure if this is the right place for you.
Real musicians want to learn from their mistakes, say they messed up, and strive to make better music from the criticism they have recieved; not brag about a song they created.
Don't get me wrong, this is an okay start to a song, but don't go calling your own work good, it makes you look like a stuck up brat.
But what do I know, i'm just an over-analyzing nutcase.

I finished this song, it's obvious it's not gonna be some absolute work of art.
And this was an attempt. Not me saying this song was very good.
And if I did call it good, what WOULD you expect to hear? Something like what may be said good by the majority of people?
I am sorry, I have failed. My best just doesn't cut it... My 8-Bit powers are too weak to handle this beast.
Kidding aside, it's definately more fitting to an intro to some song now compared with the original. Although for some reason, kinkinkijkin says that small loop is a finished song when in reality, it hasn't even began.
Not to sound like a troll, but the beat in the original was pretty good. The only part that wasn't really good is the lead track (which sounds a bit more basic than something that could suit the drum beat).

I'd say it's good (for an intro). The thing here is that the original is still not a complete song; it only sounds like an intro & could sure use expanding (as good as it is, it needs to be expanded).
