Is it possible to change the instrument number/order for all currently loaded instruments?

e.g. 00 Kick1 to 0A Kick1

Indeed, as of version 0.3.7 beta there is no way to re-order instruments. If you would like to see it implemented, feel free to [url=http://famitracker.shoodot.net/forum/posts.php?id=1891]request it.
