Uh, it's incomplete. It's the secret Turret song from Portal 2. The triangle note position was actually reflecting how one of the turrets actually sings it. It's supposed to be erratic.

Portal isn't free anymore. It was for a week about this time last year because of the game's 1st anniversary, but now you have to pay for it. Unless, I don't know.. you go to the store, y'know, [i]to rent[/i] it...

Also both Portal games are awesome and if you haven't played either of them (preferably both), you're missing out on a great chunk of videogame culture, and also quite a bit of fun.

Oh yes, the NSF. I guess "cute" describes it best. :p
