Sorry, this can't be done. The only way to get note data out of NSFs is record them from an NSF player that can analyze notes.

This remembers me of getting a FAQ.

I found a shitty way to do it. Convert the NSF2midi with NSF2Mid and import them as midis! It doesn't work because import midi has many problems due to aids.

with that method, at best you might be able to rescale midi note positions by a percentage so that they line up on the bars, but that'd only work for very simple tracks. arpeggios are a lost cause, as is DPCM and variations of the noise channel. not to mention countless other things which will screw up on import.
