The window is completely blank, in fact it's completely transparent. If I turn off the intro I get the same effect.

Strange, if more people would have this problem I could find similarities and correct this issue. However, you are the only victim of this type of issue, I recommend enabling the compatibility mode, or trying different video drivers or maybe disabling the video hardware acceleration solves the problem. I really don't know.
