DefleMask has passed from supporting only a Mobile FM soundchips to support various Systems at the same time. The good thing about this is that DefleMask was re-coded to manage a "plugin-system-like" soundchip addon. So the plan is to add more soundchips support and new systems.
So far, DefleMask supports this soundchips:
YAMAHA YMU759 FM Soundchip
YAMAHA YM2612 FM Soundchip
Texas Instruments SN76489 PSG Soundchip
Z80 variant used in the Game Boy
And with this soundchips, DefleMask is capable to make music (on VGM and MMF format) for the next systems:
YAMAHA SMAF-MA2 YMU759
SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive
SEGA Master System
Nintendo Game Boy
So far, DefleMask is the unique software supporting the NEW 1.60 VGM format, it is awesome (DefleMask also supports VGM 1.50).
Please, read the manual before start using this new version. The manual is uploaded on the web right [url=http://www.delek.com.ar/soft/deflemask/manual.html]here, but is also included with DefleMask.
This is DefleMask's site under my main website, the lastest version will be here:

Please uninstall previous DefleMask version.
FM Synthesis Tracker (YAMAHA YMU759):
- Full real-time emulation of 16 channels (using official YAMAHA's Emulator).
- Instrument editor for each channel.
- Independent Pattern order for each channel using a Pattern Matrix (Like Adlib Tracker/FamiTracker/Renoise 2.5.1).
- Files generated on DefleMask can run properly on real Hardware (see compatibility list).
- Many keyboard and mouse shortcuts for easier music creation.
- Support User-made skins.
DefleMask is a free windows tracker for producing music for the Y759 and compatible soundchips.
One of the features is MMF exporting. That allows music created in this tracker to be played on the real hardware (see compatibility list).
Why the fullscreen? Fullscreen trackers are NO because it disconnects me from the rest of the world.
Let me drag a .mmf into the tracker to quickly load it.
What's the difference between the two filetypes?
Make the save and load buttons quickly accessible.
The menu shit should be in the top left, not the top right.

Not too bad. Rather easy to use. I dislike the whole fullscreen-ness of it and it would help if we could hear the instrument as we are messing with instrument settings like in Famitracker. I didn't really mess with this tracker that much, but it seems pretty good so far. It isn't as interesting to me as the Genesis chip, but I still like it.
Edit: nvm about Fullscreen. Posted this while the above was getting posted.

You can listen to the instrument while you're editing it!. Just go to the edit instrument window, move operator values and press the note keys.

Ah, I see. Also, I just got an idea. It might help if we were able to edit the waveform of the instrument with the mouse as well as the selections on the left.
Edit the waveform?, you mean the envelope?. The waveforms are SINE, SAW, SQUARE, CAMEL-SINE, etc. Actually you cannot edit that, only select one by operator.
If you mean "edit the envelopes with the mouse", that's a good idea.

Yeah that's what I meant. Herp derp x_x
A bit more simplicity to this tracker and I can see this becoming popular.
It looks like it's functional, and I can't wait to try to make some music with it. It just needs some user interface work:
[ul][li]It's a Windows tracker, so why not use the native Windows API for your user interface?[/li]
[li]The buttons and sliders are buggy, or unresponsive at times. The controls on the instrument editor are particularly troublesome - if I move my mouse just a few pixels up or down, I've accidentally changed the adjacent slider without having clicked on it.[/li]
[li]You can't choose the directory where you're loading/saving files(?). [/li]
[li]The splash screen is obnoxious and unnecessary, unless there is some real serious loading going on in the background.[/li]
[li]In general, the UI is too opaque. For example: I noticed that to increment a pattern in the pattern editor I left click, and right click to decrement. That's actually pretty nice. But, a user won't know that without reading the documentation, or stumbling upon that by accident (like me.) Buttons and tool tips are our friends.[/li][/ul]
(I think I have a couple books (in PDF or CHM format) on UI design, and Windows API in particular. If I find them, would you like me to email them to you?)
Also, if you're not a native English speaker, I certainly couldn't tell. You don't have bad English at all .
This looks awesome, I love the sounds FM synthesis can make. I'll give this a thorough look soon and get back to you.
Will you eventually be adding an effects column/ effects or is that not possible with the hardware? And yeah, even though the splash screen doesn't look bad, it will get annoying after a few times opening it.
Good work on this, I look forward to its continued development.
So did you develop the MMF format as well? I haven't heard of it before. Would be cool if plugins were to support it in winamp and fb2k.
I might give this a go. The only thing that stops me really is the same thing that stops me using TFM: lack of PCM though this tracker might be a little easier to use than TFM. i guess i should try both
