Good thing I won't feel bad for requesting an oscilloscope that's visible during instrument editing and in the pattern editor as well...I'm used to "seeing the sound" way too much.

HOLY! , very nice effect. I can imagine a melody and a drum beat over that prefectly. Looking forward to a complete song using that atmospheric background.
Due to a huge demand of this points, the Update 7 for DefleMask arrived:
Update 7 @ 01/11/11:
01: Now you can add up to 4 columns for effects by pressing a "+" button in the upper part of each channel.
02: Added a button in the pattern matrix to send the current frame to the bottom.
03: Fixed some bugs.
04: Manual updated.
Bugs found:
1) Using Ctrl+Z seems to close the extra effects row that has been opened.
2) Copy/Paste doesn't seem to work for the new effects columns either.
3) Using an effect (example, by typing 04 for the vibrato) then deleting it right after, and placing another effect right under it makes some random scrambled numbers appear.
4) It seems when using the Bxx command to stop a pattern short for looping back cuts some instruments short and it doesn't sound like a perfect loop.
Request:
Instrument editor for the SN76489, or maybe it would be more simple to be able to use the FM instrument editor to use custom instruments for the PSG channels. That and being able to set the pitch off a bit for less clashing would be important imo.

This is not a bug, it is intentional. The clipboard also saves the state of the pattern matrix and the effects columns and other parameters. Ctrl+Z is "going back in time", actually. This is how it works.

I am testing that right now and works right, could you please explain the problem with more detail?.

Wow, fixed and re-uploaded!, thanks.

Well, I can't found a problem with the Bxx command. Could you please upload an example?.

Ah ok, I didn't know that was intentional. Btw, when I said using Ctrl+Z, it could be used any time at all, not just right as you open the new effect column.
Edit: Nvm. I could have sworn it was doing that. Like during when I was into a cover, I would use Ctrl+Z and both new effect colums closed. Idk, maybe it was my imagination...

I'm not sure. I just tried to copy with Ctrl+C and pasting with Ctrl+V. Copying seems not to work at all, and pasting the red numbers from the original effect column seems not to work and pasting from the new column seems to paste random "00"s all over the place.

Ok, try with a PSG square perhaps? You should hear it cut short before re-looping.

You can use Ctrl+Z all the time, I do not understand why you are saying that Ctrl+Z only works when a new effect column is opened. Maybe I am not understanding you correctly, remember that English is not my native language.

Please re-download DefleMask, that "00s" bug was corrected SECONDS after the first upload of the update (it is a long story, but shortly, the 00s were used like an "empty tag" in the previous versions). Maybe you downloaded the very first upload, before the hot-hot-hot-fix.

OH!, you were right.
The bug lived in the DefleMask player routine, because the exported VGMs were not suffering that problem.
Btw, it is FIXED and DefleMask was RE-UPLOADED.
Thanks a lot!.
Hmm... Ok for example, when I was already far into a cover, I opened 2 new effect columns and added many effects already. After doing alot of other extra tweaking to the notes, I had to undo a mistake, so I used Ctrl+Z and I honestly could have sworn that both new effect columns closed and I haven't even done anything with them for awhile. But, I'm not sure anymore because I tryed again (but not as extensively) and nothing happened.
