Yeah, that too. Wait, no. Not really. I've also been stuck against a writer's block for awhile, so I've just been making covers and practising for the last few months.
The worst part is when you come out of it you have so many ideas that when you go to put one down another pops up instantly and you can't remember the old one.

Yeah, that happens to me a lot. I'll be writing a song aiming for a particular tone, and then I'll randomly find another way to "shift" the song over to another tone or something (to make it sound "better" ), or even to just rewrite the song in another tone or a different style, and it's all downhill from there. I guess one could say that I'm easily distracted.
Just another roadblock to get over, I guess. Doing covers is helping though.
Edit: And this has quickly turned into a chat thread...
I'm kind of embarrassed towards this song nowadays (mostly because of its oldness) but still. Nice DPCM, Moot.
