I thought that it would be a good idea to use VRC6 (because, hey, more channels never hurts), but whenever I try to use an instrument, the sound will only play for the last 3 channels (second Square 1, second Square 2, Sawtooth).

I've tried playing notes high-to-low in the other channels but they refuse to play.

Is there any reason for this? How do I fix this?

Create instruments only when your cursor is on the designated channels. So if you want to make a 2A03 instrument, you first move your cursor onto any of the first 5 channels etc.

But:

I am pretty sure there is one.

Thanks for the help!

And sorry, I tried Googling and poking around these forums for a similar thread but I couldn't seem to find anything. :x

nicetas_c: It's great that you are helpful, but please try to see that rule just as a friendly reminder (rather than a strict rule) to do a quick search before posting a new thread; that way it can be assumed that OP only didn't find what he was looking for when starting a new thread.
