Actually, you don't underline recursive portions in a decimal value; you write a bar ABOVE the recursive value if it's greater than 1 digit (& you place a dot above the recursive value if it's only one repetitive digit).

The best way would be to express it as a fraction.

I don't think the instruments use fine tuning do they? That song isn't in the game, it's just something I wrote to test the instruments. I have the NSF file though, that's how I got the instruments
