I was going to share something but everyone does this so I'll just jump off the same cliff you're all jumping off of.

(EDIT: It's been gotten. Wasn't that fun.)

Also, how could I improve it? It sounds kinda... choppy, for lack of a better way to put it. Like the melody sort of beats against the harmony or something. Any thoughts on how to make it sound less grating?

I don't recognize the song, but I feel the volumes are too loud and it could really benefit from decay at the end of notes. Here's a quick edit.

Some of the notes still sound grating to the ears. I'd have to know the song to try to help.
