It does sound a bit awkward; I can tell that GlidingSoul's trying to make a marching tune, but the last few notes of each frame in the march sequence sounds out of tune & out of place.
It then changes to something very odd in frame 02 before going back to a marching theme & somehow ends with an otherwise comical finale before looping back.
Remember what I've said about maintaining a steady theme, GlidingSoul; your notes don't flow exactly as they should because they detune themselves while the entire theme just jumps back & forth.
Remember my example YouTube links (the funeral march & the honky tonk tune)? Note how they both keep a common pattern throughout the track until about mid-way through, before the theme changes into something slightly different. This change is only slight, as it's still supposed to complement the rest of the song.

I can't really say anything about this, its just overall strange.
Not the be mean, but it doesn't sound good, basically its an eerie odd sound for famitracker.
I'm with yucca70 on this; what makes it sound odd is that the 2A03 square channels aren't in harmony with the triangle or MMC5 square channels.
Harmony isn't restricted to only two channels of the same type; all sound channels must be harmoniously coupled together.
For example, C & E work together, but so does E & G, as well as C & G. How about C, E & G together; it works well too. You can use more than 2 notes to create harmony &, with the NES, you'd need to use more than two channels to play more than two notes.

Why do you always use the example of C, E and G ?
Personnaly, B, G, and C ( triangle only ) sound pretty good.
Gimme other good harmonics than C, E and G.
I'm not really sure what style you're going for, but I've noticed all of your songs seem to have the same type of creepy harmony. You seem to be looking at this too mathematically or something.
Of course if you're going for a strange creepy style, then you're spot on. The notes don't clash with each other, but it's just that the songs never really use a normal arrangement of notes.
I personally really like the songs you've made as they're quite unique and always have a really interesting rhythm to them.
Short 'n' Silly is the only song so far that I can consider as one that I like (out of your entire repertoire).

Do you want to know why I use C, E & G as examples? Because EVERYTHING is based on the Do-Re-Mi scale (C being Do, E being Mi & G being So).
Now, here's what I want you to do; get yourself a pen & paper. Then, play C3-00 & E3-00 on the square channels & G3-00 in the triangle channel.
Record that combination on the paper. Then, highlight the entire track. Once all the notes are highlighted, press CTRL & F2 on your keyboard once, play the notes & record that on your paper. Keep doing this until you reach C4-00 & E4-00 in your square channels & G4-00 in your triangle channel.
Once you've recorded all those note combination, you'll finally know what notes are supposed to be paired together (harmony) because your idea of pairing B & C (along with other odd notes that shouldn't be paired together on a regular basis,) is 100% discord. Like I said, you should use less discord in your music (i.e.: don't do things like play B & C, or E & F, or F#, G & G# on a regular basis in your tracks because your music won't garner many favorable opinions from others).
Take your Short 'n' Silly track as your example on making better music because you did much, MUCH less discord in this one than in your other songs. Discord is alright (especially in horror themes,) but only in small doses; as long as your entire song plays discord for the majority of the time, it won't gather many favorable opinions.
