if you're going for that final stage in the game where it looks like you're about to die no matter what, and the whole place is on fire, you hit the nail on the head. Just plainly because of the lack of true harmony. The droning line gives off a second sound, but it's not anything that matches the other notes playing.

By having more harmony to your music, instead of making a mash-up of random notes (which is exactly what your track is).
For better harmony, you need to use sets of notes that complement each other. For example, C, E & G can complement each other very well. But try using C, C# & D at the same time; it sounds like an old woman beating a cat with a baby.
If you're not really musically inclined, now should be your chance to learn better music theory as well. Unless you don't try to match notes that can complement each other in a harmonious way, then you have no chance of improving your music.
As for volume control, use the volume setting in your instrument list; double-click the instrument's icon & play around with the volume until you get something suitable that doesn't burst your ear drums when you play your track.

Very cool! They sound very creepy, and I really like all the instruments you used. The drum in Track 3 was really unique too.
One thing though, you need to put A00 to stop the notes from fading in track 3, because after it loops, the notes keep fading even though they didn't the first time through.
Now THAT's a better improvement. I really like how you set the mood in this song, GlidingSoul. But as KuroBit said, you'll need to stop the volume fade from continuing through the loop by using A00.
But overall, it's a good track (& a great improvement on the previous one). Keep it up.

You know, GlidingSoul; if you ever want to attach new tracks, you can always edit the last post you made & add the new attachments.
As for Track 4 & The Blue Waves, I feel you need to try something; try covering a song (even one that somebody has already covered).
Now, even though you may not have the experience of a music class or whatever, trying to cover an existing song can be pretty educational for you. Even if it's something as basic as a traditional song from some foreign country, I can guarantee that you'll learn more from it &, eventually, improve on the otherwise decent musical base that you already have.
