The timing is balls to say the least. It's as if you put absolutely no thought into the melody - it just seems so random.
Try to keep a regular structure throught the song.

You're just pairing a bunch of random notes together, even though they sound bad.
Just imagine that you're pairing a cute, young chick with a fat, ugly old man; it just doesn't work. Nor does the way you're pairing random notes together because there's too much discord.
If you at least made one single cover of an existing song (even from a favorite singer or band,) you can at least learn/understand how notes are paired together to actually sound pleasant to listeners. If you want to improve your style, have a look at the styles of others.
Sorry to come off otherwise strongly, but you need to improve & I feel that this is the best advice that I can offer. Find a song from a favorite singer/band, at least try to make a cover & learn a little music theory from it.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I've once tried to make a cover, and it completely blocked me. Otherwise, when I make custom music, it seems much easier to me.
Sadly, not scary enough. You've got a good thing going with the noise channel, but that's as much good as I can see because your lead channel sounds too low & gets drowned out by the other channels.
Mind you, To The Party's a great improvement (I like your drum beats). I like your VRC6 usage for the most part, but there's still room for improvement in that regard.
