I VRC7 modules in 0.3.6 full, the 20a3 channels are all extremely quiet.

I think that was done on purpose, because the VRC7 is mixed much louder than the other expansions, so whenever you enable it in the module properties, the 2a03 quiets down (instead of the VRC7's volume being blown to epic proportions).

Of course don't take my word for it; let's wait for jsr's much more reliable input. :p

Use an older beta of Famitracker if you want the old volume envelopes for VRC7, otherwise you can rewrite everything to suit the more accurate volume levels.

for the sake of compatibility, add a per-song-basis option that allows any VRC7 module to be played using the 0.3.5. settings (impossible to change the output though)
