Would it be possible in the future to use them in FamiTracker by simply loading a different binary file to override the freq_ntsc.bin (and/or other period tables embedded in the NSF driver), so that people can fine pitch their own modules without having to put those Pxx commands tediously?

Anyway, 4 period tables for use with 0.3.5. beta and onwards. And yes, the FamiTracker 0.3.0. one lets you use the period table from older versions while using 0.3.6.!

To jsr: All soundtracks containing the FDS channel use the same period table (unconfirmed, but it seems true for me). However, G-2's period should be 1CB instead of 1CE, which could be a possible typo in freq_fds.bin. Is it so?

It's possible to replace freq_ntsc.bin right now and compile manually if you need another period table.

The FDS table is calculated automatically and should be correct, 1CE should be closest to G. I don't know about G-2, could be vibrato, detune or anything.

...Can it be modified without recompiling?
