I also noticed that frame 06's drum fill isn't playing when first played through. Is it the Pxx that's doing it?

You never closed the A05 effect from frame 04, so no notes will play without a volume level set. Also, all of your triangle notes bleed together because there is no frame of rest in between them, causing them to sound like one long note even though you put in many triangle notes. I also don't know why you're using fine pitch on the noise channel (Pxx), it seems unncessary.

Overall, it could use some work, mainly in the noise channel and with duty cycles in the squares.

Just as a starting point, sort out that lead instrument. It's WAY too quiet, resulting in the triangle drowning out the rest of the song.
As a general rule, using the volume envelope for your drum instrument as a lead ---> very bad idea.

15 12 10 makes much more sense as a volume envelope for the lead (00).

Unless used in some creative way -- I tried using it as a fade-out instrument.

For file size conservation, convenience, and laziness.
