I challenge all of you to cover Tupac Shakur's Do For Love (shown in the above official music video).
There are no limitations on expansion chips or effects/instrument usage, but the cover must have a matching tempo with the original (& you get on my good side if you use Eric William's chorus sample from the original track in your DPCM). Other than this, all I ask is that an NSF be posted when submitting the song (because I refuse to use FamiTracker 0.3.6 until all problems revealed since the beta are completely rectified).
The winner that creates the best cover (especially in terms of speed/tempo precision & adding Eric William's chorus sample) gets an FLV video of their NSF superimposed on top of the official music video of Do For Love (for usage on YouTube or their own site). Everyone else who isn't up to the challenge should stay the hell away from the West Side, biach! (Kidding, but I haven't though of any consolation prize). :P
I'll give you guys until the end of March to submit any works unless the topic dies. If it does die out, I'll state that submissions are closed & let a poll start for 10 days (like my last contest).
And if this doesn't get anybody's interest, I'm closing this contest.
