I want convert sound samples so they sound real. Can this be done?

DPCM can't sound better than how it usually do. If something sounds better then it could be raw PCM playback, and that's not supported by the tracker.

Action 52 uses some kind of funky way of doing it that really screws with the usual function of the NES hardware.

In other words, it's not all that useful and it likely will never be supported.

I don't know why but it's impossible to get wavs converted into dpcm so that they sound as good as the already existing dpcm samples do (like the ones you find in e.g. konami's games). Luckily, and thanks to JSR, these samples can be extracted. Anything you try to import from wav becomes horribly distorted.

The Intro was the only thing they got on the money. Any other sampled stuff in there is not so good.
