What volume and/or effect tweaking would I have to do to achieve this effect?

Hahaha, why in the world would you want to do that?

Anyways, a downwards run with a two step echo in 50% would sound alright at a high speed if you want to remake it in the squares. Or you could be lazy and just convert that YouTube video into a DMC file :P

Hahaha I know, it's just for the first part of this song I'm covering like 1-3 seconds in as the lead and accompaniment play, this bar chime clip plays.

Thanks for your help, I'll go work on creating that effect in the squares.
