This is a cool song by Masayoshi Minoshima of Alstroemeria Records. I really had no other reason for tracking it.

I tried to see if anyone could guess what it was but no one got it so No Prizes! D:< Bwahaha[/idiot]

Huh, I actually wasn't really sure of the background story of the song myself, so I did a google search... And got nothing...

It looks like it might be even harder than I thought, so I'll slowly give some hints (first one will be pretty vague):

It's Game-related. (In other words, not just some random song someone made)

Alright, if someone can guess what this is I'll just say what it is. (It's by the same artist... It's also not done, I was making this a long time ago but I hated the last frame so much I just stopped...)

good_steak is Bad Apple by Masayoshi Minoshima of Alstroemeria Records. I had suspected that fancy_that sounded so much like Bad Apple as well.
