The option to vote for me doesn't (& won't) exist because I'm the one who created the contest anyways (making it redundant for me to my own prizes). My song's just here for entertainment purposes. But if anyone wants to comment on my song, they're more than welcome.
Here are the prizes:
1st place gets a web shrine, two animated ASCII batch files & a copy of X-Windows On A Floppy's disk image.
2nd place gets a copy of X-Windows On A Floppy's disk image.
3rd place gets two animated ASCII batch files.
I'll break any dead-locks when they occur at the end of the voting period (which will be on the 10th of October). After this, 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will be determined through the number of votes cast.

I like moviemovies1's, except for the loud volume...
I like the second half of KuroBit's contribution...
I also enjoy CodeLimit's one, but I don't know why (xD)
The rest is generally not [i]my[/i] kind of style so sorry :]
Also, I thought that the crash cymbals were too loud and distracting in your song Tech
Anyway, I think my vote will go to moviemovies1's tune despite the loudness (it's just so catchy ;< )
This two songs are the best, in my opinion, of this competition. I chose only one for a very small reason. But both are very good.
I'm between KuroBit's and Nicetas, but i will vote for "To The Center Of The Demoniac" because its perfectly looped, "Screw It!" simply "starts again".
It's only a "detail" but i need to chose only one. Both songs are good.

I know; I have 3 choices that I can't really decide on.
But yeah; I know that my crashes are a bit too loud. The problem is that I need to lessen the volume of the noise channel as the cymbal crash sample is played.
To compensate for that, I'm attaching a new file with the necessary change (I used a D-# note instead of a B-# note in the noise channel.
Sadly, I can't edit the first post of this thread or I'll end up losing the poll from a forum bug.

We're half-way through the voting period. As I can't see any of the results (since I haven't voted,) I can't really gauge who's winning here.
But I'm pretty sure that it's every contestant (other than CodeLimit) voting for themselves. :P
Anyways, this vote will determine who gets a shrine & who gets little software trinkets; (I doubt it, but) it may be pretty important for someone who's looking for some notoriety in the scene.

This was fun! It's the first contest i have been in, and I had a good time composing that song. Actually my song is a remake of one of the first songs I made with FamiTracker!
Alright... I sense something fishy with this poll.
I decided to make two random votes (one yesterday & one today) to see what's the progress like & I have a bad feeling that someone's using proxy servers to cheat & give multiple votes to himself.
Yesterday, one member (the leading member) had 7 votes & another (the 2nd-place member) had only 6 votes (out of a total of 23 votes cast). But today, as of this post's creation, the winning member of yesterday had 13 votes & the other member had 23 votes (out of a total of 46 votes).
I know that using a proxy is good for bypassing any one-time use limit that may be implemented on a PHP-based site (including RapidShare & this forum). I also clearly understand that this forum allows guests to vote, meaning that somebody must either like a couple of particular contestants a lot, or is giving himself multiple votes while using multiple proxy servers.
This possibility, as well as my test votes (which I have casted in favor of KuroBit & Archj) will be considered during deliberation of this contest. Clearly, there's a cheat in our midst.
My test votes will not count at all for either KuroBit or ArchJ, while I'll make the necessary deductions from the other two contestants (as it's clear that 23 votes would never be cast in the span of 24 hours, on a nearly-dead topic that nobody has ever responded to in two days). This means 48 votes will have to be dropped unless I get a reasonable explanation from any of the contestants involved (& they clearly know who I'm talking to).
