Hi, i'm still a n00b with famitracker so i have some questions

do you have some tips for make drums? ( with the noise and triangle channel, not with the dpcm samples).

I took a look at some .ftm files posted on the other section, so i was wondering if there are some instrument sets that should work better for snare than for kick (for example).

I already read the fami tracker wiki

p.s.: does experts create their own sound for drums or they just took inspiration or copied the drums of someone more expert then them?

sorry for my bad english.

bye

I made up a fun triangle drums file. Hope you can use it!

You have very good English.
Well, usually for my drums, I use 15, 10, 5, and 0 and use tone #5 for a snare drum. For a hi hat I use 10, 5, and 0 and use tone A. Or you can use triangle/noise drums, which is the noise channel and the triangle combined to make more of a techno drum sound. I can explain it to you if you want.

Nice drums and hihats nicetas, but i personally believe that G#04E sounds horrible in that tune. I know that you make this short song for demonstrate drums creation, but maybe a G#047 fits right.

EDIT: Check the attach.

And it seems like bots enjoy posting right after nicetas_c posts something. :P
