Like, when adding a frame it automatically goes to the next unused pattern, not as in empty, but not encorporated in that channel yet? It would be faster tracking, and more accurate, and sequencing won't be on the long list of things a musician has to do before finishing a song as much. And, newer people won't be stuck to 1-frame songs. One disadvantage would be for those used to sequncing manually, if they're too used to it, and end up having the option on, but it just causing lag because they go up and sequence everything anyways. Or if a channel needs 00.

It does that when you add a new frame (i.e.: the next frame will jump all used channels to the next empty pattern).

I actually found it somewhat of a hassle when I started, until I read the tracker's help file. But yes; I do find it very inconvenient.

I find that the new frame thing only goes to the first found empty sequence. I'm talking about next to be used.

So, you're telling me that it duplicates frames when you simply click "Add new frame?"

For example, if you did use DPCM in frame 00, but not in frame 01, in frame 02 it will duplicate the DPCM from frame 01 and you'll end up with a pattern of

00
01
01

Where you want frame 1 to be empty and frame 2 to have data, but you end up with both having data. What i do is either put a note stop when I don't use a channel (inefficient!), change "empties" to "7F," or just change it as i go to fix it :D
