1) SQ1 has vibrato throughout the song: P = { 0 | 1 1 -1 -1 -1 -1 1 1}
2) SQ2, Pattern 01, Row 3D: S05 is not present in the OST.
Track 2:
1) SQ1/2 have vibrato throughout the song: P = { 0 | 1 1 -1 -1 -1 -1 1 1}
Therefore 471 is wrong.
Track 3:
1) SQ1 has vibrato throughout the song: P = { 0 | 1 1 -1 -1 -1 -1 1 1}
Therefore 471 is wrong.
Track 4:
1) SQ2 has vibrato throughout the song: P = { 0 | 1 1 -1 -1 -1 -1 1 1}
And again 471 is wrong.
2) SQ2, Pattern 01/02, Row 0C: Note cut should be put on Row 0D.
