I can see why you're not satisfied with them, xolroc.
You've got the song accurate note for note, but not your volume control, nor do you have any bass accompaniment.
One way to improve the song is to speed it up; a tempo of 135 should solve your speed problem. But there's also some note cuts that should be replaced by volume fades.
It will also help you if you add DPCM bass or kick drums & snare drums.
