Is there any tool for export/convert NSF as bootable and playable ROM for NES /emulator???/

The create PRG-file pretty much does it, just add a iNES header (no mapper, 32 kB PRG and 0 kB CHR).

But you can also load a NSF into a ROM, or save the music into a BIN-file and compile it with the music driver source.
