I know that nerdtracker is crap comared to FamiTracker, there were some REALLY good composers that made songs in nerd tracker and many of us wouldn't like to sit here all day copying them note for note to get an FTM of them. So, could you PLEASE add a feature that lets you load .NED files and save them as FTM?

I'd also be interested in something like that, too (plus the fact that NerdTracker can't compile NED files into NSFs).

not against it, but it sounds rather time-consuming/complicated for something that's ultimately pretty frivolous.

...Though one might never know.

Someone's bound to switch once they realise how capable this tracker truly is. Maybe they'll even rethink some of their tracks here.

I wouldn't call nerdtracker crap, some of the best NSFs was made with that. ;)

But I don't see the point in adding an import option, the format is not directly compatible so it will be tricky to convert files. There is a windows port available somewhere that might be of use if you want to check NED-files.

Good point. Though I think MODPlug Tracker spoiled me. I'm definitely NOT used to MS-DOS, sadly. That's a shame because I could make some ub3r 1337 stuff with not only Nerd Tracker, but even with Adlib Tracker II and the only thing tripping me up is MS-DOS.

It's like starting off typing on an iPad instead of an actual computer keyboard. Sad, really...
