Following in the footsteps of tssf's Megaman 10 ftm file, I wanted to do my own module of the Megaman 9 soundtrack both for fun and to get a feel for the style so I can write some original tracks.
I'd like to give some credit to tssf as well for his partial MM9 ftm file. Without that I don't think I could have ever gotten the sirens on the Wily Machine, or some of the arps in Wily 4. So thanks tssf.
Also, thanks to nicetas_c for the alternating Fxx command technique to obtain more accurate tempos.
Let me know what can be improved on what's here so far. I'll try to add more songs in the coming days.
Things to improve: make tempos more accurate by using Fxx commands, make sure all volumes reset to proper values after using an Sxx command.

Now that we have three MM9 soundtracks here - Sivak's, tssf's and danooct1's.
==================
The correct tempo for Opening 1 should be 120 × 6 ÷ 6 instead of 160 × 6 ÷ 8 for better handling. (of course you still need 150 for use with rational tempo)
F07
F08 [7 8]
The correct tempo for Opening 2 should be 200 × 6 ÷ 6 instead of 167 × 6 ÷ 5.
F04
F05 [4 5]
The rational tempo for Opening 3, Stae Select and Wily 4 should be 144.
F06
---
---
F07 [6,3 7]
The correct tempo in frame 04 to 05 of Title should use a F96 and alternate between F02 and F03, but you can use the current one as-is if you want, as I don't see too much loss of frames handling.
F02
F03 [2 3]
Menu, Get Ready, Level Clear, Get a Weapon, Wily Castle Intro and Gme Over (which you haven't done) are taken directly from Megaman 2, so you should be able to make them more accurate.
The Fxx form for Tornado's Man should be:
F06
F05
F06
---
F05
F06
---
F05 [5,3 6,5]
Concrete Man's use of rational tempo is neat-looking since the speed itself is actually used. However, if you want to double the tempo (which you are most likely to do), use this:
F02
F03
F02
F03
---
F02
F03
--- [2,3 3,5]
Also there are some Sxx issues on Rows 00-0F of Frame 02. The Sxxs should follow the rational tempo properly:
S04
S04
S05
S04
Additional rows in Suspense are unused. Remake one without these holes. (Note: the tempo afterwards should be 150 × 6 ÷ 9)
For accurate pitch slides in Wily Machine, use 3xxs instead of 1xxs/2xxs.
The rational tempo for Ending should be 4800 ÷ 31.
F05
F06

F06

==================
I have also got some tempi from tssf's soundtrack (including the S3M ones). The one before the slash is the regular one and the one after the slash is the doubled one.
Definitely keep it up dan, this is a really good recreation of the entire OST so far; also thanks goes to you nicetas for helping with the technicalities to make the songs as superbly accurate as possible! Perfection is the ultimate satisfaction.
