I have no idea who made it, but I do know that I remade it and that you can find it in multiple videos of the Completely total randomness series by hopdiddy on youtube. If you've seen these vids before, you'll know well when this music comes up before I post the link to the videos and tell everyone where in his videos he puts this.

*mental note: I need to shorten that 2-sentence paragraph soon.*
