i have a nsf here that is bugged, the nsf is 9 tracks, but only the first track has a problem. It has to do with the Dxx command, and it sounds perfect in FT, so I guess somewhere along the way during the conversion, the command translates in a bug. The actual problem during nsf playback is that when the channels are supposed to skip to the next frame at row XX (it happens twice within the loop), the track goes haywire for a second or two, and it sounds like there is a little heart attack going on there
I feel really bad annoying everyone with this but I tried converting in the latest and WiP release and they both give the same results.
here are the files, for anyone interested in messing with it:

thanks all!

(ps_i know they are horrible, i am just having fun :D

Hey those songs weren't bad! =)

But yeah it appears the Dxx command is broken, and I'll have it fixed in the new NSF code.
The best solution right now would be to split the first pattern and always jump with D00.

Thank you!

cool, thanks- i was a little puzzled by that...

yeah i'll just rework the patterns and make it skip to the next frame to fit. thanks for the quick response and nice comments!

ps- when i save in wip, i can't re-open the file in the previous versions, i know this has been mentioned before but i dont remember where/when, is that what the backup file is for ?

Yeah when you open an old file in the latest WIP a backup of that file is created.

I changed the format a little in this WIP so it isn't compatible with older versions.
