When you download the song and play it, edit the instrument "bass" and add a note release at the beginning so it looks like this "/ 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0" (without quotes) When I save it and reopen it, that note release disappears!

The results of a few minutes work... the longest part was probably naming the instruments. May or may not finish this, I hate how it sounds so far.
Small update, I made it out of memory, so I adjusted a few things to be a bit more accurate and I also added 2 frames.

...In fact, note release does not work with any VRC6 instruments for the latest beta.

Surprisingly, note releases work well with FDS channels.
