Here is one of the DPCM Timpani sample sets I've made...
I would love some feedback... :3
It's alright, but the high timpani sounds a bit too wobbly.

I also wanted to see what Kulor did, but that's OK I guess...
But thanks again! What do you think my FDS Kick Tom?
No problem! I'm glad to help!
About the Kick Tom, I like it! Only thing is, I don't use the FDS that much. :/
Also, I don't recall ever finding what Kulor did. The only other instance of N163 noise that I have found is jrlepage's Hexaprism Hall cover, which uses the same instruments that Fezuke used for his cover, so you won't be getting anything different from that, sorry.

Hey I'm pretty sure my cover came first. ( -w-)
Anyway wavetable pseudo-noise is super easy: use a RNG to generate a bunch of strings of 32 values ranging between 0 and 15, paste those in a N163 instrument, create a wave macro that uses all the waves, and off you go. Works best if you use a custom frame rate like 240 Hz.

Oh, I think my wording was a little bad, but that's what I meant. Sorry for the little mix-up!
I would, but I didn't think that posting a blank saw wave would be of any real use.
@Ryukenden
Thanks, but it's a bit too plucky. I might try your wave on my current violin instrument, though.
EDIT: Just replaced my saw wave with this, and it was WAY too high. After changing the Arppegio envelope to -12 to tone it down an octave, It sounds great!
I'm working on making different type of guitars being able to be used as instruments.
So far I recorded a Telecaster sound, and basically used the Fester Quest instrument method (4 semi tones), but recorded multiple octaves.
They're imported at quality 10.
I also did it with power chords. I'll try to do basic chords as well.
I'll also do other guitar sounds. Some I have in mind:
SG
Strat
Les Paul
Acoustic
12 string acoustic
Here's a small demo so far:

Sorry if you're new, it's just that it's standard protocol to post files in FTMs.
