I meant, installed on Windows. Period. Though, it CAN read some chinese C. But, the processor was made in china, and chinese C is more popular than english C.
Then I'm at a loss when it comes to trying to help you (since I got you into this mess to begin with).
I'm assuming that you tried opening the Control Panel in Windows & changing the graphics settings, have you? If those didn't change a thing, then you'd either have to re-image your computer/reinstall Windows, or get a different graphics card.

The only thing that would help me would be to install a NES spare graphics card to the motherboard, a space to put a new graphics card, and in that space a high-quality graphics card.
Jeroen Tel (An 8bit music legend) sent me a couple of the original music files to NES games he wrote the music to (Alien 3 and Bram Stoker's Dracula). He wrote it in hex code and taught me how hex code works.
I just made another. It's a level, but I don't know which one yet. In the game that this is going in, the dungeon music is doomier than the epic final boss music, the final boss music is very doomy, the castle areas have a mixture between doomy and uh-ohy, and feilds are uh-ohy.
