Hey, all.
It's our favorite game, Cheetah Men II! I posted the title screen music. The name of the song is called "Bosa Nova" from Atari Music Studio. The music was written originally by Ed Bogas.

But only because it does. :P

Imagine a cross between the NES game Double Dragon & the computer game Syobon action; beat-'em up game, plus awesome music, plus garbage graphics, plus horrid game play, equals Cheetah Men 2.

By the way, awesome cover, Doommaster1994.

Thanks, TechEmporium, but I gotta expect to have nicetas_c look at this any minute and b*tch at me for any errors in the cover. Nah, just kidding, he's awesome.

Meh, I can't find its NSF, so I am now directly reading the I/O changes with an emulator... I love FCEUX.

1) Instrument 00's volume envelope should be 15 15 8.
2) EDIT: [color=#00FFFF]The notes on SQ2 Pattern 03 Rows 00-1F use the 75% duty instead of 25%.

Also, this song is used in Action 52 for game #31 Fuzz Power.

Is it ripped or did you dig at somewhere else?

Can't honestly remember where I got it, I actually downloaded it for my massive .nsf collection a long time ago.

I'm standing at 2,912 files right now.

Pfffft.

So, do you have an NSF for Action 52?

You dare doubt me???

Also, ask and you shall receive. Might I ask though, why Action 52?

EDIT: for some reason the title screen DPCM wasn't in there, so I'll attach a separate .nsf

For collection of one of the most collectible games all the time.

Maybe that is because Action 52 uses mapper 228. The mapper 228's feature has actually been requested for a lot of times.

I'd like to see the DPCM version of Action 52's title screen because I tried to rip the "Please make a selection now" sample from Mex's NSF with NSFLive, but I couldn't.

Mex's NSF appears as though the NSF actually has no DMC samples (it could just be that mapper having some sort of a different channel that uses PCM).

You only hear the voice when you play it in NSFPlay. I tried it in VirtuaNSF and I only heard the song. If you go to Gil Galad's site you can get the NSF there.

That's funny; I also heard the voice in Nestopia.
