Hello.

This is my second song here and its a work in progress. I'll probably come back and update it and just bump this thread if people enjoy it.

Anything constructive would be appreciated, but please note that i'm pretty new to famitracker and this is only my 5th song.

2a03 + vrc7

ENJOY!

So finally there is a VRC7 [color=#333333]cover after a long while.

Reminder: Low volumes in VRC7 channels are very weak. If you hear VRC7 channel 5 or 6 in solo, you should find that the stream of notes near the beginning are useless to the song as volumes 0-3 do not work in VRC7 channels (unless there is a bug in the latest beta).

Also, there are too many redundant effects, such as the bunches of idential 0xy notes to the beginning of the song as well as the 101 in triangle channel pattern 0D.

Well, even if you know the program, still it's a great tune!

nicetas_c: The song is not a cover, it's an original piece.

Thanks for feedback. I'm now aware of vrc7 volumes, however the notes at the start were put there on purpose to just basically ensure that the fade in came in on the lowest possible volume.

Doommaster: Thanks again!

Edit: Attachment has been updated, but still a work in progress.

No worries; it sure beats that internet argument that sprung up as a result of my not knowing a theme from a Kirby game. (Rolls eyes at said incident.)

It's not your fault for not knowing it's an original, so it's all good.
