It's precise, note-for-note. However, I feel that the tempo has to be slightly faster. Perhaps using 143 for the tempo instead of 140 (I remember the song being a bit faster than this, but is it just me?).
There may be other things you can change in this song, but this is the only thing I can think of for now. That said, you're off to a great start; just wait for others to have a listen to it & see what else they can suggest (if anything).

BTW it would be good that Famitracker has support for the Yamaha chip of the MegaDrive, would be a Chiptracker more than a Famitracker, but a tracker like that would be perfect. (L)
Wow, that was really good! The only thing I could say that wasn't quite right was your channel 6 in the last frame. You may wanna throw in a few pitch slides to make it sound more accurate. Good work, though!
Thanks for the saxophone, phlim2! I used that in my newest version, which includes chord fixes, some pitch bends at last frame and changed PCM Samples. Hope you like it!
