You know what I think part of the problem here is? The 2A03 Square 2, and both VRC6 squares all play the same notes, just slightly detuned or whatever. In my opinion, you could probably stand to learn the use of some more harmonies and such there. As for what some of the others said about not making the most of the channels or whatever, try muting all of the VRC6 channels. While it results in a slightly different sound for it and all, all the musical parts are still there. All the VRC6 channels do in this is slightly alter the sound of the tunes.

Also, some of the notes do still clash quite a bit, and give it a bit of a harsh sound.
