I'm with ElHuesudoII on this; I already apologized to you for my misunderstanding. I also didn't intend to direct that Special Olympics image I posted towards you. As a matter of fact, that image applies to everyone who gets involved in an internet argument (including me, which is why I clearly said that I'm guilty of it). That's why I find it funny after looking back.
However, I didn't understand that your "joke" was a joke (you could have at least said so in that post to start with anyways). On top of it, you did continue with your rambling about my not "having played any video games in the age of YouTube" very illogically:

I figured in this day of emulation, youtube, and generally the fact that at least half the internet is made up of video game nerds who do nothing but talk about games all day, that you would've been hit by them at one point or another.
I've seen a lot of things i've never seen before by random chance, so it's easy to be shocked when someone DOESN'T know something more widely talked about for a change.
Without even mentioning that as a joke either. That is why I told you twice that you should be more mindful, took offense at your rambling at my response & then quoted all your posts that were of particular offense to me (while giving you a finger).
There's also a saying; when you ASSUME, you make an ASS out of U & ME. If you were actually more mindful & less retarded (as you keep on calling me after my having apologized,) you would have not made the assumption that I've never touched a single video game in my life simply because I haven't played your favorite game, while in reality I only play the games that I own (considering that I prefer those over any game which I've never played, including Kirby).
But honestly, we both have the same interest in music, so shall we just stop this, for the good of this forum? Are you willing to let bygones be bygones after we both pointed out each others flaws, or are you still willing to argue some more over something which started unintentionally over something as ridiculous as a past-time? And what do you prefer that I do to compensate you for something so ridiculous?
In either case, NOBODY's right in this argument; I already admitted my mistake & apologized. Are you willing to admit your mistake? Hell; you don't even have to forgive me for my end of this conflict. But let's just stop this (that's why forums have PM inboxes).

First, that part about the emulation/youtube/blah blah whatever WASN'T a joke. However, you didn't exactly win any favor by bringing up bullshit like "Third world countries" when you clearly aren't on the qualifying list. We're talking about people who are here, right now, and you want to pretend to give strength to an argument by mentioning all the people who probably AREN'T on computers getting offended that someone can ask them how they don't know about kirby on a site where retro gamers would normally flock to.
Lastly, I love how you keep bringing up that assume thing. Wasn't it you who ASSUMED I meant to be offensive?
First off, you assumed that I should have played Kirby (a game which I already knew existed since I was in kindergarten, but never played because I don't own it & frankly don't really care about playing; I [play the games I already own because I'm familiar with them).
Secondly, you assumed that I never played any video games in my entire life just because I've never played Kirby, in spite of being in an age where everything is at my fingertips. The fact is that I only own an Atari 2600, an NES & a PlayStation 1. That said, I only have a handful of games which exclude Kirby. And why should I play a game I never had fun with just because a bunch of other people have played it? It's like jumping off a cliff; if your friends did so, would you?
Thirdly, I mentioned third world countries to point out that the majority of the world doesn't even know or care about anything to do with computers. As a matter of fact, I know for a fact there are many in North America (& other developed nations) that don't really give a crap about the sort of stuff you or I are interested in (i.e.: all that the majority of users use a computer for is checking their e-mails & general web browsing; a lot of people don't really take any interest in tracking NES music or playing retro games. And some just take an interest in music alone, in games, alone, etc.).
Lastly, if your intention is to proceed with this, let's just take this through PMs or e-mails. That way, you an at least have more comments about your song (which I have said is good) instead of this back-&-forth stuff. And like I said, just tell me how I should compensate you for this argument.

Fourthly, I didn't assume anything of you since you just posted your stuff. All I did was read, interpret & react. You made no effort until it went overboard to say that you were only joking in your first 2 comments. However, it was clear that your "YouTube era" comment was meant to be condescending anyways, so why bother saying that I assumed you were trying to be offensive when I knew you were?
